The foundation of this course is the National Credit Act (NCA) and the Regulations to it. Throughout the course reference will be made to these documents and the relevant sections will be copied in for ease of reference. The sections of the NCA and the different Regulations are not dealt with in numerical order, but rather fitted into the different modules of the course in order to form a story book. This course will give you an in depth view of the Debt Review process of the NCA.

Debt Counselling - Credit Providers
This course is specifically designed with the aim to assist Credit Providers to understand the Debt Counselling Process. After this course you will have a fundamental understanding of all that is involved in the Debt Counselling process, intertwined with the requirements from all involved parties. (Debt Counsellors, Consumers and Credit Providers. This course is not designed to be a course for Debt Counsellors, but instead to rather give one an overview of the legislation that governs the procedure, specific timeframes and related documentation.
