FICA Training
FICA training and assessment as per Directive 8 of the FIC
Overview
Our FIC training focuses on the employees of Accountable Institutions and provides training and information regarding the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, No. 38 of 2001 as amended. It is important that employees know what the FIC Act prescribes but it is equally important to understand why Accountable Institutions must comply with the FIC Act.
FICA - 3 Modules
Module 1 – Elementary
Module 2 – Intermediate
Module 3 – Expert
Each module follows on the other and to complete the program delegates are advised to do all 3 modules.
Fees
Module 1 – Elementary – R350 ex VAT
Module 2 – Intermediate – R550 ex VAT
Module 3 – Expert – R750 ex VAT
FICA - Awareness Training
We offer Awareness Training (via Face-to-Face or Teams) to staff with the implementation of your RMCP and onboarding of new staff. This is further enhanced by ongoing refresher training having regard for legislative amendments, changes to regulations and new compliance communications issued by the FIC. 3 hours at R2,875 (ex VAT) per hour with a maximum of 6 delegates per session. If Face-to-Face then there might be travelling costs involved.
FICA - Assessment after the Awareness Training
After Delegates have completed the FICA Awareness Training an assessment needs to be done to satisfy the FIC that the delegates have understood the content of the training as required by the FIC Act.
Fees R 275 ex VAT per delegate.
